Many have my name in pen or pencil written on the inside front cover. The DMG and PHB may have occasional, minor annotations in black ink; I did this very infrequently, since I mostly used sticky notes for annotations, but I did write in an errata or two for my convenience.Shipping within the continental United States via Media Mail is free, including both Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for the sale price of the lot.
